The waiting area had no clear flow, cash counters lacked privacy, and the overall look didn’t reflect the bank’s trusted brand image.

Redesigned Customer Flow

We created a guided path from entry to service counters using strategic furniture placement and subtle floor zoning.

Smart Space Planning

Each square foot was optimized. We added compact yet comfortable waiting areas and made use of vertical space for storage.

Brand Integration Without Overload:

We didn’t want to plaster the brand everywhere. Instead, we used the bank’s brand colors subtly—in the wall textures, upholstery, and signage.

Security Considerations

Camera-friendly angles were maintained while designing partitions. Cabling for surveillance and systems was neatly concealed without compromising on access for maintenance.

Customer Comfort First

Added cushioned chairs with armrests, introduced a small water dispenser zone, and even left space for future digital kiosks.
